22/10/08: Atelier Autumn Festival Day: The unique and vibrant artistic community in the heart of CH64 will open its doors to the public on Sunday November 2nd for the Autumn @ Atelier Festival, the first of a series of planned festival days.
The festival is an opportunity for visitors to experience the Atelier and all that it has to offer. Our resident artists will be demonstrating their skills and there will be ample opportunity for visitors to purchase items made solely at the Atelier.
There will also be live entertainment and a fabulous range of locally-produced wines and beers, cakes, pastries, preserves and much more.
Hot food, including a mouth watering ‘hog roast’ will be available.
With a beautiful courtyard, easy access and plenty of parking the Atelier is the perfect venue for a wonderful day.

1/9/08: Congratulations: ...to Atelier Artist Barbara Singleton, who was the first artist to hold an exhibition of her own work in the last week of September. Barbara also held a ‘Paint a Square’ project to raise money for Claire House and the end result is a fantastic composite painting representing the talents of many generous people who contributed towards this special local charity.
1/9/08 Atelier Coffee Shop winter opening hours: open 11am to 4pm Tue to Sun and Fri till 6pm. Public individuals and groups are welcome during those hours for a beverage and biscuit and, of course, a look round the workshop units where, hopefully, some of our artisans will be found beavering away!
All our artisans trade direct – Atelier provides a central identity and point of support for them, but takes no commission, leaving artisans free to do what they do best, and to benefit fully from what they create.
You can contact individual artisans from their profile pages – see the ‘Artisans’ page.
