Strategic Leadership & Development

Dr Harry Gray is a Chartered Psychologist, Visiting Professor in Strategic Leadership at the University of Salford, UK, and Executive Chairman of the WISDOM Co-operative. He was formerly a senior civil servant in the Employment Department and HE Adviser to the Department for Education and Employment. He is co-founder of the MSc degree at Salford University in Strategic Leadership and has written more than a dozen books and pamphlets and over a hundred published articles on management and education.

Harry is paticularly interested in working with mature adults facing career changes and wishing to remain economically active. Burton Manor has worked with him on a number of projects over the years and is developing current ideas for development and support of older learners and workers.
