Rationale

Since 1948 Burton Manor has been involved in designing and delivering management training programmes to meet the needs of a wide range of local businesses and public and voluntary sector organisations. We have provided services to assist enterprises to identify and prioritise their business development needs and implement best practice in order to become more competitive. We recognise that this is dependent upon people development and involvement, and it is in this area that the college has developed particular expertise.
